Cheryl Dick

Prior to joining Economic Development Lethbridge (EDL) in June 2005, Cheryl spent more than 15 years working with executive teams in publicly-traded corporations and public institutions.  From marketing and fundraising in post-secondary education to employee, media and investor relations in international airline and energy companies, her work has always focused on promoting and enhancing the achievement of the goals of shareholders and partners. 
Cheryl is active on the boards and committees of a number of area organizations and is well respected among her peers for her strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to elevating the strengths of the community. 

Vice President, Convention Development & Partnerships
Kerry Lowe

Since joining the EDL team in 2005, Kerry's extensive background in sales, marketing, training and facilitating has supported her efforts in attracting conventions and events to Lethbridge. In her current role as VP, Convention Development and Partnerships she draws on her passion for Lethbridge and leverages her strong relationships with local partners in the hospitality sector, industry meeting planners and Travel Alberta to continue to expand meeting and event opportunities for Lethbridge.

Renae Barlow

Renae joined the EDL team in January 2010. As an enthusiastic past member of the EDL Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, Renae brings over 20 years of expertise in small business and non profit management to her role. Renae is a proven leader in creating business and community partnerships, business development, proposal writing and project management. As a huge fan of Lethbridge, Renae is excited about working with the EDL team to promote Lethbridge to the world.

Jaylene Ulmer

Jaylene joined Economic Development Lethbridge in 2010 and brings a broad range of experience with a background in marketing, writing, public relations, brand management and graphic design. With a diploma and a degree in the marketing and communications field she is continuously looking for ways to apply best practices and theories to current social trends. Jaylene is proud to call Lethbridge home since moving here in 2000 and feels fortunate to be able to work on a range of exciting initiatives that have a positive impact on the city.

Heather McIntosh-Rivera

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Lethbridge and brings a unique and multi-faceted international background to EDL. She has more than 20 years of business experience in aquaculture, commercial construction, property management, strategic business planning, marketing planning and analysis and hospitality management. Since joining EDL in 2009, Heather has fostered a close connectivity to the local business environment. Further, since moving to Alberta from Ontario in 2003, Heather has enjoyed the mild winters, the 320 days of sunshine and the proximity to mountain camping, hiking and recreation that southern Alberta offers her family.

Natalie Lindgren

Natalie has an extensive background in customer relations with technical training and years of experience in administration, customer service, management, project management and research. Since joining Economic Development Lethbridge in 2006, Natalie has contributed a cross-section of knowledge, skills and experience in a range of roles. Born and raised in Lethbridge, she is proud to be part of a team and a community that continually strives for excellence.

Patricia Epp

Patty joined the EDL Team in December 2009. She has an extensive background as an administrative professional with over 20 years of experience in administration, project management and customer service. Patty enjoys working with the EDL Team to elevate the awareness of what Lethbridge has to offer, both to the community and to the rest of the world.

Market Analyst
Mike Prociw

Mike has been happy to call Lethbridge home since moving here in 2013 to work for Economic Development Lethbridge.  Since his arrival, he has been enthusiastically engaging in the Lethbridge lifestyle and active culture that permeates here.  Mike has a background in statistical analysis and market research and looks forward to collaborating with the EDL team to market Lethbridge to the rest of the world. Mike chose Lethbridge because it is an exciting city with convenient access to the mountains and related outdoor lifestyle.

Jessica DeCoste

Jessica has called Lethbridge her ‘new’ home since moving here in 2009 to complete her post-secondary education. As a Communication Arts graduate of Lethbridge College, she has a background in writing, design and photography. Her networking skills, positive outlook and passion for sharing Lethbridge have been a valuable asset to EDL since she joined the team in 2012.

Jessica says, “I moved to Lethbridge for an education; the people and the community have kept me here.”

Shirley Fast

Shirley joined the EDL team in October 2012 and brings more than 20 years of experience working as an administrator and bookkeeper for numerous local businesses. She has lived in the Lethbridge area her whole life and enjoys contributing to the continued growth of the city. Shirley finds satisfaction in providing support to the team by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
