University of Lethbridge Sport & Recreation Services

With the recent construction of new recreation facilities at the University of Lethbridge, there are numerous opportunities to host local, regional and national events. All facilities are located on the University of Lethbridge campus with nearby access to classrooms, meeting rooms and Conference & Event Services.

Facilities
• The 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport & Wellness includes a triple gym facility with seating for up to 2,500 spectators, 200m indoor track, indoor climbing wall, fitness centre, numerous multi-purpose rooms and dance studios. Wellness programs and instruction is available
• The Community Sports Stadium includes an artificial turf football/ soccer/rugby field with lights, one natural grass soccer/rugby field, a 400-metre eight-lane synthetic track, throwing areas, jumping pits and open spaces for track and field events, along with grandstand stadium seating for 2000, dressing rooms, showers and other amenities
• The Max Bell Regional Aquatic Centre houses a 50m competitive pool capable of hosting large events and swim meets
