Lethbridge - More than 300 Rotarians from across Rotary International District 5360, encompassing all of southern Alberta and a portion of western Saskatchewan, will be gathering in Lethbridge from April 11-13. This year’s conference is focused around the Rotary Worldwide theme of ‘Engage Rotary – Change Lives’ and provides an opportunity for Rotarians to share stories, find support for projects and be inspired by others doing great work around the world.

The organization would like to welcome new Board President and Chair Kurt Schlachter. He represents the Regional Sector on the Board and is a partner with Stringam Denecky LLP.
Lethbridge College adds millions of dollars to the southern Alberta economy

Lethbridge - Economic Development Lethbridge (EDL) recently conducted an annual survey to identify major employers in Lethbridge and determine which sectors are represented. The 2013 survey identified 47 organizations in Lethbridge that each employ more than 100 people. Combined, these businesses and organizations employ more than 21,000 people in Lethbridge, which is approximately 42.5% of the employed workforce.
