Long-time CEO leaving EDL for new opportunities

The Board of Directors for Economic Development Lethbridge (EDL) today announced the resignation of CEO Cheryl Dick, effective April 3, 2015.
Board Chair Kurt Schlachter says, “After nearly 10 years at the helm, Cheryl has decided to move on to something new. Economic Development Lethbridge has benefitted significantly from Cheryl’s stewardship and talents as only the second CEO in our history. Our Board members, past and present, extend appreciation for her dedicated service and strong leadership for many successful years.”

Lethbridge - Perceptions about the quality of life in Lethbridge continue to be extremely positive among city residents, according to a recent poll by Ipsos Reid.
In addition, overall satisfaction with City of Lethbridge programs and services also remains very high, and perceptions of municipal government are markedly improved, according to the 2014 Community Satisfaction Survey commissioned by the Open and Effective Government Committee of City Council.
